The Mujasam Watan Urban Sculpture Challenge, under the patronage of HRH Prince Saud Bin Naif, aims to redefine Dammam’s Airport Gateway as a landmark of cultural identity and innovation.
Inspired by Saudi Arabia’s heritage and Vision 2030, the sculpture integrates elements of discovery, identity, hospitality, ambition, and harmony. ​ Its design reflects the region’s traditions through patterns, while embracing modernity with sustainable materials and passive cooling strategies. ​
The structure, a steel space truss, symbolizes progress and welcomes visitors with open arms. This visionary project transforms the gateway into a timeless storyteller, blending art, architecture, and sustainability seamlessly. ​
