Al-Ghadeer Marina is a community-driven waterfront redevelopment on Farasan Island, built around the needs of local residents and fishermen.The project sits on a strategic shoreline site with direct access to surrounding islands and existing public facilities, aiming to enhance daily fishing activities, support tourism, and celebrate the island’s rich cultural and historical heritage.
It integrates commercial spaces, F&B, a fish market, boat-rental services, and chalets embedded in a protective breakwater to solve wave damage issues while activating sea-based tourism The design prioritizes sustainability, local materials, and human-centered development.
